My take on Rusbridger is one of amazement and numerous possibilities. Here is an excerpt I found interesting;

 “If you look at the 18 to 24 year olds and the 25 to 34 year olds, there is not a great appetite to read newspapers there if you compare them with 65 year olds and 55 year olds so it’s an almost exact correlation in age and appetite to read newspapers” (Rusbridger, 3).

    At another point, he mentions not wanting to put The Guardian’s content behind a paywall because that would shrink the audience. So another way to look at that it is, people ages 25-34 may still have an appetite for reading/consuming news, just not in the old newspaper format. Google search, links shared by Friends on Facebook, that kind of thing. I really like Rusbridger — he struck me as being really on top of a lot of newer trends.
